Why we love cold brew 🤗
A simple and easy method for brewing iced coffee. Cold brew is our favorite way to brew our botanical coffee, as the longer brewing time allows the full flavor of the botanicals to infuse into the coffee.
Simply add ground coffee and water, let it sit for eight to twelve hours in the refrigerator, then pour yourself a glass of crisp cold coffee directly from the spout.
Step 1
Add coffee to filter
Add 65g of ground coffee to filter (~1 in. from top). Reattach filter cap.
Step 2
Attach filter to bottle
Twist filter into the top of the bottle. Attach to glass bottle base.
Step 3
Fill with water & brew
Remove cap and fill bottle to top with cold filtered water. Brew for 8-12 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Remove filter & stir
After 8-12 hours, remove filter and discard coffee grounds. Stir by gently shaking the bottle.
Step 5
Pour yourself a glass
Pour over ice, and enjoy! Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
